I am the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of My Integrity Counseling. I am also an adjunct professor of counseling at Davenport University. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of Ohio. I have a Masters of Divinity (MDiv) and a Masters of Arts (MA) in Professional Counseling. I am a National Board Certified Counselor (NCC) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).

In therapy, I focus on working with painful past experiences and how those past experiences affect our thoughts, actions and bodies today.

My therapy is trauma-informed and YOU-centered, working specifically on the alleviation of anxiety symptoms and helping you to learn how to live the life you want to live, right here and now.

I specialize in mentoring adolescents and adults (individuals and couples) who want to improve their quality of life and relationships. I am a seasoned therapist with many years of experience.

I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and difficult life transitions such as relationship impasse, challenges with children and blended families, divorce, midlife and second half of life issues, grief, and retirement.

I am a licensed professional counselor, certified grief counselor specialist. I believe that “every step [is] an arrival” and that quote is reflective of our lives.
