I am the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Clinical Director of My Integrity Counseling. I also serve as counseling faculty at Davenport University, where I help train and support future professional counselors.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor in the state of Ohio and Wyoming. I hold a Master of Divinity and a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling. I am also a National Certified Counselor and an Approved Clinical Supervisor.

In therapy, I focus on helping clients understand painful past experiences and how those experiences continue to affect their thoughts, emotions, actions, relationships, and bodies today.

My approach is trauma-informed, practical, and client-centered. I work with clients to reduce anxiety symptoms, increase emotional stability, and build a healthier life in the present.

In addition to my work as a professional counselor, I have more than a decade of pastoral counseling experience, with additional experience in nonprofit leadership, clergy care, and conflict resolution.

CFO and Counselor Trainee BA, BCMHC, CT

People and healthy relationships are at the heart of Integrity Counseling; whether you are a client or team member, you are what makes us tick. With more than 18 years of experience in management and business administration, as CFO, I am responsible for our Human Resource and financial matters. As a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, I strive for continuous improvement, supportive leadership, and creating effective and efficient working environments that support our people’s needs. I hold degrees in Business Administration with Quality Management emphasis and Psychology, and I am finishing Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Having spent over fourteen years mentoring at-risk adolescents (12+) and coaching professionals through life and career challenges, I bring this experience and passion for helping people live joy-filled, fulfilling lives with me to my clinical practice. As a therapist my counseling style is trauma-informed and holistic, focusing on the whole person—mind, body, and spirit, drawing from multiple theoretical models to create a plan tailored to your unique needs. I would be honored to walk with you on your journey.

Specialties: Depression, Anxiety, Personality disorders, Couples, LGBTQIA+ issues

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who completed my graduate work at Walsh University in North Canton, Ohio. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents and their families to overcome a spectrum of Mental Health related issues.

In my practice I use a trauma informed, person centered, strengths based approach to tackling an individual's struggles. I take an eclectic approach, utilizing strategies and skills from several evidenced based therapy models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. No two persons paths to happiness and fulfillment are the same, and my therapeutic approach reflects this philosophy.

I believe that every person has the ability to learn coping skills and develop resilience to overcome life's obstacles.
