You understand that by using the Service and agreeing to these Terms of Service, Integrity Counseling LLC will send to You the foregoing communication types and You hereby waive any right to opt out of such communications to the extent permitted by applicable law. Please allow 5-7 business days for your request to take effect. You may opt out of texts communications simple by replying to a text from Integrity Counseling with STOP.
