Specialties: Anxiety, Complex Trauma, Individual Counseling, Couples Counseling, Spirituality

I am the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Clinical Director of My Integrity Counseling. I also serve as counseling faculty at Davenport University, where I help train and support future professional counselors.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor in the state of Ohio and Wyoming. I hold a Master of Divinity and a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling. I am also a National Certified Counselor and an Approved Clinical Supervisor.

In therapy, I focus on helping clients understand painful past experiences and how those experiences continue to affect their thoughts, emotions, actions, relationships, and bodies today.

My approach is trauma-informed, practical, and client-centered. I work with clients to reduce anxiety symptoms, increase emotional stability, and build a healthier life in the present.

In addition to my work as a professional counselor, I have more than a decade of pastoral counseling experience, with additional experience in nonprofit leadership, clergy care, and conflict resolution.

Clinical Mental Health Intern

I’m a Clinical Mental Health Intern and a Wyoming native with a passion to support people in our communities. I provide individual counseling under supervision and use evidence-based practices to help clients feel understood, supported, and empowered.

I have several years of experience working with families and youth throughout Wyoming. These experiences help shape my approach to counseling and reinforce my commitment to compassion, respect, and confidentiality.

I’m currently obtaining my M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through the University of West Alabama. It’s important to me that clients feel safe and valued, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to support others as they move toward hope and positive change.
